Tessa holds a BA Law and LLB from Stellenbosch University and brings both private practice and in-house experience to Radiant.

She began in commercial litigation, focusing on banking and property disputes, before moving in-house at James Fisher Subtech, a marine construction and engineering business. There, she worked on high-value construction and marine contracts, offshore energy projects, tender work, and cross-border contract support. That experience shaped Tessa’s practical approach. She understands that contracts need to work in the real world, not just on paper.

At Radiant, Tessa supports global clients across managed legal services and contract projects. She enjoys helping teams cut through complexity, manage risk, and reach clear, commercial outcomes.

Radiant is actively shaping the future of the legal profession by thinking differently about how legal work is done, and how it can be done better for both lawyers and clients.

Outside of work, Tessa is always on the move. She loves tennis, padel, swimming, Pilates, and golf, travels whenever she can, collects shells on the beach, and has a soft spot for cats and true crime podcasts.
