Andrii graduated from the Kharkiv Aviation Institute as a Radio Electronics Engineer. Before joining Radiant, he worked as a system administrator and later led a small IT department, building strong experience in systems, data quality, and practical problem solving.

Andrii brings a clear, analytical mind to his work. He enjoys structuring complex data, improving workflows, and finding smarter ways to support good decisions. In a previous role, he helped reduce a project release cycle from one week to less than a day. At Radiant, Andrii is energised by the sense of forward momentum, continuous growth, and strong communication across the team. He values clarity, efficiency, and work that keeps getting better.

Outside of work, Andrii designs and builds custom ergonomic split keyboards, from the electronics to the physical assembly.
