Rachel holds an LLB and a Bachelor of Social Sciences from the University of Cape Town. She completed her articles at Von Lieres, Cooper & Barlow, where she gained broad experience across litigation, commercial law, family law, and debt recovery. She was admitted as an attorney in March 2025 and retained as a junior litigation associate, managing a large and fast-moving caseload.

Rachel brings a sharp, analytical mindset and a positive, proactive approach to her work. She enjoys learning fast, staying organised under pressure, and thinking critically about how legal work can be done better.

Radiant’s non-traditional structure and commitment to continuous improvement is what drew Rachel in. She is excited to be part of a team that challenges old ways of working, embraces innovation, and focuses on building smarter systems that support both clients and people.

Outside of work, Rachel loves reading, cooking, exploring new restaurants, staying active, and following Formula 1. She is always planning her next trip, whether that means travelling abroad or discovering a new corner of South Africa.
