Bronwyn completed her LLB at Stellenbosch University and joined Radiant after working as an associate at a medium-sized Cape Town law firm. She also survived two intense years of articles, rotating through six different legal departments, which gave her a solid, practical grounding and a good sense of how legal work really gets done.

What drives Bronwyn is people and progress. She loves learning, improving processes, and finding small changes that make work better for everyone involved. Radiant’s focus on continuous improvement and community impact feels like a natural fit.

Outside of work, Bronwyn is an avid reader who often falls asleep with her Kindle in hand. She enjoys baking, experimenting in the kitchen, and has won four competitions on KFM radio since 2023, a fact she jokingly refers to as her side hustle.
