Hsiu holds an LLM in Legal Practice from BPP University in Manchester and an LLB (Hons) from Cardiff University. After completing her studies in the United Kingdom, she returned to Malaysia to complete her pupillage at Chooi & Company + Cheang & Ariff, where she worked across probate, matrimonial, and real estate matters. Her interest in real estate grew quickly and she joined the real estate department as a full time associate.

She has three years of experience advising multinational corporations, financial institutions and individuals on commercial, banking and real estate transactions. Hsiu brings strong analytical skills, clear communication and a steady attention to detail to every matter she works on.

At Radiant, she enjoys the chance to learn continuously, work with a collaborative team and use legal tech in a way that genuinely improves how work gets done.

Radiant uses technology in a practical and meaningful way. It keeps the work efficient and exciting, and it is exactly what drew me here.

Outside of work, Hsiu enjoys Pilates, tennis, pickleball, the gym and experimenting with new recipes.
