Kamo holds a BA Law and an LLB from North-West University. He started his career in regulatory compliance, first at ICASA and then at Ellipsis Regulatory Solutions, where he learned how regulation works in the real world and how different businesses respond to it.

He later completed his articles at Baker McKenzie South Africa, where he worked primarily in the M&A, Energy and Infrastructure, and Employment and Compensation teams. His matters often included competition, dispute resolution, and IP elements, giving him broad exposure to complex, high-end commercial work. One standout moment was helping close an infrastructure deal with just a junior associate, drafting multiple commercial contracts he had never worked on before and discovering how much he genuinely loves drafting.

At Radiant, Kamo thrives on drafting complex commercial contracts for clients across multiple jurisdictions. He enjoys thinking broadly, sharpening his commercial instincts, and growing in an environment that genuinely invests in developing its people.
