Kamo holds a BA Law and an LLB from North-West University. He began his career in regulatory compliance, first at ICASA and then at Ellipsis Regulatory Solutions, where he learned how regulation affects businesses in practice and how important it is to translate rules into workable commercial decisions.
He later completed his articles at Baker McKenzie South Africa, working mainly across M&A, Energy and Infrastructure, and Employment and Compensation. His matters also included competition, dispute resolution, and IP elements, giving him exposure to complex commercial work and the discipline needed to manage detail across different areas of law.
That experience shaped Kamo’s love for drafting and his ability to think broadly about how contracts work in context. At Radiant, he brings that curiosity and commercial awareness to client work, helping turn complex requirements into clear, practical agreements that support business teams across jurisdictions.
Radiant’s focus on continuous improvement and training is what drew me here. Being trusted early and supported as I grow has made this a really meaningful place to start my career
Outside of work, Kamo enjoys spending time with friends, being out in nature, and getting lost in a good book.
