Josh holds a BA (Law) and LLB from Stellenbosch University. He started his legal career at Biccari Bollo Mariano Inc, where he advised community schemes on their management and conduct rules. He went on to complete his articles at Lötter Attorneys, a boutique firm that exposed him to the full spectrum of civil litigation, family and maintenance matters, evictions, debt collection, contract work, and the administration of estates. After completing his articles, he stayed on as a Professional Assistant before joining Radiant Law.

His work has ranged from day to day litigation to high impact matters, including being part of a successful appeal to the Full Bench that helped shape a key precedent on lifelong maintenance under the Divorce Act. Josh brings a sharp eye for detail, a curious mind, and a natural ability to adapt and problem solve in fast moving environments.

At Radiant, he is excited to step into a world that feels modern and purposeful. He enjoys collaborating with people who care about doing legal work differently and who believe that contracting can be smarter, faster, and far more human.

Outside of work, Josh trains regularly for CrossFit and Hyrox, keeps up a strong running routine, and is a loyal rugby fan. He also loves cinema and is currently building a scary movie review website with his brother because, as he puts it, life is too short not to chase the things that excite you.
