Amiee holds an LLB, but her path into law has never been the usual one. Before stepping into formal practice, she deliberately explored the e-commerce and gaming worlds to see what work could look like outside the traditional legal track. That experience revealed how much she thrives in fast-moving environments, how naturally she builds strong client relationships, and how much she enjoys solving problems that do not come with a script.

She later returned to law and completed her articles before growing into a Senior Associate role where she focused on commercial and corporate work, financial services regulation, and litigation. Amiee has acted as lead attorney in a complex High Court matter against the Department of Home Affairs and contributed to a landmark financial services judgment in the Supreme Court of Appeal. She is known for her ability to stay calm, think clearly, and communicate in a way that brings people in rather than shutting them out.

At Radiant, Amiee is in her element. She loves the feeling of being part of something genuinely progressive, where people care deeply about their work and about each other. She enjoys the trust, the flexibility, the ongoing learning, and the way technology and smart systems are used to make life easier for both clients and the team.

What I love most about Radiant is the honesty of the culture. People are kind and collaborative and genuinely committed to improving how legal work is done. It feels human, purposeful and exciting, and it pushes me to do work that actually makes a difference.

Outside of work, Amiee is happiest around animals and spends as much time as she can with her dog or supporting local shelters. She loves being outdoors and has never shied away from an adventure, whether it is kayaking, hiking, skydiving or saying yes to something completely spontaneous. She also has a deep appreciation for quiet moments, good company, and the kind of laughter you cannot fake.
