Smart use of technology is at the heart of how we work. We have built bespoke solutions designed to deliver high-quality contracting at speed, empowering our tech-savvy lawyers to do what they do best: delight customers and build relationships that matter.
We believe AI is becoming a foundational part of legal service delivery. When implemented well, it improves speed and quality, reduces cost, accelerates the development of lawyers, and provides deeper insight into legal workflows.
Radiant has been actively using AI since our launch in 2011. Our journey began with expert systems built for document automation, and today AI is embedded across the way we work. Our approach combines the development of our own AI platform, Ray, with broad adoption of generative AI across the firm, including Microsoft Copilot agents integrated within our enterprise Microsoft environment.

Ray focuses on legal workflows where determinism, context, and reliability are critical to producing trustworthy results, areas where generative AI and generic SaaS tools often fall short. These include tasks such as issue spotting, risk reviews, and schedule building.
Radiant has always taken a progressive approach to technology. We therefore recruit lawyers who are comfortable using technology and AI in their daily work and who see these tools as an integral part of modern legal practice. Genuine adoption by our team, using technology to think faster, work smarter, and deliver better outcomes is central to our success.

The Radiant Insight Portal gives clients a clear, real-time view of the work we deliver on their behalf. Through the portal, clients can access information on matters, playbooks, escalations, governance activities, key metrics, and reporting. It is designed to promote transparency and enable more efficient collaboration and workflow management between Radiant and our clients.
The Insight Portal is a secure web application built to high information security standards, with the protection and strict separation of client data embedded at the core of its design.
For more than 15 years, Radiant has invested in bespoke workflow and productivity tools designed to streamline the delivery of legal services. These include advanced document automation, our Remarkable add-ins for efficient redlining and editing in Word, our workflow engine Flow, and our rapidly developing AI platform, Ray.
We place strong emphasis on metrics and developing a deep understanding of how our work is performed and how it can be improved. This is supported by a firm-wide culture of continuous improvement, something our clients experience directly through the way we work with them every day.

Because we focus so closely on process and data, we have developed a rich and continually expanding knowledge base that supports our day-to-day work. This includes SOPs, playbooks, checklists, contract negotiation patterns, and structured insights drawn from the thousands of contracts we have worked on over the years.
This knowledge informs the design of our software tools and AI-enabled workflows. It also generates insights that drive continuous improvement, shaping how we work and strengthening the recommendations we provide to our clients.
Radiant sets high standards for both data protection and information security. We are ISO27001 certified and have a robust Information Security Management System (ISMS) in place. Vulnerabilities to all our web-facing applications are monitored on a continual basis and we conduct annual penetration tests and risk reviews. ISO27001 is a continuous improvement framework and we are committed to this. Read more about policies and controls on our Trust Centre.

Radiant Law are outstanding. You always help us to think bigger, look at future proofing, see the bigger picture, think about how to unlock potential. I’d recommend Radiant for the work they assist us with, but also more broadly for the value they provide in helping a company learn how to move the dial and make an impact, how to simplify the way you contract and provide legal advice and have a good customer experience, how to get your data in shape, how to make changes. They give companies ideas to think about, they don’t just help with the problem but, importantly, the cause.
