Lerato holds a BA (Law), LLB, and LLM in International Trade Law from Stellenbosch University.

Her career began in the financial industry, where she worked with a South African enterprise and supplier development fund management company supporting venture capital matters. She then completed her articles at a national law firm, gaining experience in property, estate, and trust law before joining Radiant Law.
