Sebastian holds a Bachelor of Arts in Film from AFDA in Cape Town and an LLB from the University of Cape Town.He completed his articles at Ashersons Attorneys, where he worked in general commercial litigation and quickly gravitated toward the mechanics of contracts and how they shape real businesses.

He has experience drafting and managing large franchise agreements and was closely involved in a major commercial arbitration arising from a franchise dispute. That work sharpened his eye for detail and reinforced his belief that good contracts should be clear, robust, and built to scale.

At Radiant, Sebastian enjoys the trust placed in him to drive his own growth and the constant push to find better, smarter ways of working. He was drawn to Radiant’s modern approach, its appetite for innovation, and a culture that encourages honest conversations about improvement and progression.

Outside of work, Sebastian is happiest on a golf course or cricket field. He also loves cooking and is always up for anything food-related, whether that means trying a new recipe or planning the next great meal.
