Bareng holds a BA and an LLB from the University of the Witwatersrand and is currently completing a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Management and Administration at Stellenbosch Business School.

Before joining Radiant, Bareng built legal experience across the pharmaceutical, technology, media and telecommunications, and insurance sectors. Working across diverse industries has given Bareng a practical, commercially focused approach to legal work and an appreciation for the different challenges businesses face.

At Radiant, Bareng brings pragmatic thinking, clear communication, and a relationship-first approach to commercial contracting. Bareng enjoys helping clients navigate complex legal issues with practical solutions that support long-term business partnerships rather than simply allocating risk.
