Bareng holds a BA and an LLB from the University of the Witwatersrand and is currently completing a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Management and Administration at Stellenbosch Business School.

Before joining Radiant, Bareng worked across the pharmaceutical, technology, media and telecommunications, and insurance sectors. That experience gave Bareng exposure to very different businesses and helped build an understanding of how legal advice needs to work in the real world, not just on paper.

At Radiant, Bareng enjoys working through commercial issues with clients and finding solutions that are clear, practical, and workable. Building strong relationships is a big part of how Bareng approaches legal work, with the belief that contracts should help people work better together rather than create unnecessary friction.

Outside of work, Bareng is an avid hiker and a philosopher at heart, with a love of both exploring new places and thinking about the bigger questions in life.
