Beth is a corporate lawyer with extensive experience in advocacy, negotiation and complex problem solving. Her U.S. and international transactional experience includes a wide range of investments, public and private mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, registered debt and equity offerings and private placements. Beth is also experienced in advising clients across a wide range of high-tech and other industries on their ongoing regulatory and corporate governance needs.

Before joining Radiant Law, Beth was a senior associate with Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP, working in the firm’s Silicon Valley and London offices and representing established and emerging company clients and their investors, underwriters and financial advisors. She graduated from Yale University in 2001 with a BA (International Studies & Anthropology), and from Yale Law School Juris Doctor in 2005, before being admitted to the Bar in the State of California the same year.
