Dalton holds a BCom Law from the Independent Institute of Education, an LLB from the University of the Witwatersrand, and an LLM in Commercial and Business Law from Wits. He completed his articles at Webber Wentzel, where he worked across commercial litigation, private M&A, and fund formation.

That experience gave Dalton a strong grounding in complex, high-pressure commercial work. He later joined a boutique firm focused on M&A transactions for property-owning enterprises, where he led the drafting on a R600 million property transaction. The work sharpened his attention to detail, strengthened his commercial judgement, and deepened his understanding of how well-drafted agreements support major business decisions.

At Radiant, Dalton brings that precision and deal-focused mindset to commercial contracting. He enjoys working in a team that values quality, pace, and practical outcomes, using technology and continuous improvement to deliver excellent work without unnecessary friction.

Outside of work, Dalton keeps moving. He enjoys running, cycling, rock climbing, hiking, and wildlife photography.
