Dalton holds a BCom Law from the Independent Institute of Education, an LLB from the University of the Witwatersrand, and an LLM in Commercial and Business Law from Wits. He completed his articles at Webber Wentzel, where he rotated through commercial litigation, private M&A, and fund formation and learned what it takes to deliver on complex, high-pressure matters.

He later joined a boutique firm focused on M&A transactions for property-owning enterprises, where he quickly took on responsibility. One standout moment was leading the drafting on a R600 million property transaction, an experience that cemented his interest in deal work and sharpened his eye for detail.

At Radiant, Dalton thrives in a team that values collaboration, speed, and quality in equal measure. He enjoys working in an environment that uses technology and continuous improvement to get great work done faster, without cutting corners. Radiant’s willingness to question the status quo and actively improve how legal services are delivered is what drew him in.

Outside of work, Dalton keeps moving. He enjoys running and cycling, getting outdoors whenever he can, and spending time rock climbing, hiking, or capturing moments through wildlife photography.
