Refilwe holds an LLB from the University of Pretoria and began her career at a boutique Pretoria firm, working across commercial law, governance, and compliance for state-owned entities and listed companies. That experience shaped her love for structure, clarity, and doing things properly.

At Radiant, Refilwe works across the full contracting lifecycle and enjoys improving not just the contracts, but the processes around them. She is naturally process-driven, detail-focused, and happiest when turning complexity into something clear and workable.

Outside of work, Refilwe is an enthusiastic baker and gardener. She enjoys slowing down, getting creative, and watching good systems grow, both in the kitchen and in the garden.
