Nicola holds a BCom Law from the Independent Institute of Education (IIE Varsity College) and an LLB from the University of Pretoria. During her studies, she worked as an advisor at the university’s law clinic, gaining hands-on experience across different areas of law.

After graduating, Nicola completed her articles at two Johannesburg firms. She started at a boutique practice that focused on labour law and litigation, and later joined a medium-sized firm where she gained valuable experience in commercial litigation. She was admitted as an attorney in May 2024.

Nicola’s background in litigation sharpened her attention to detail and taught her to think creatively under pressure. Those skills now shape her approach at Radiant, where she is part of a team finding smarter, simpler ways to deliver commercial contracting support through innovation and legal technology.

I joined Radiant because it challenges the traditional way of practising law. It is forward-thinking, people-centred, and focused on building strong relationships while using technology to make law better for everyone.
