Virasha holds an LLB from the University of KwaZulu-Natal. She completed her articles at a boutique law firm in Cape Town and was admitted as an attorney in 2022. After that, she took on a legal role at a global FMCG company, where she learned how large organisations manage risk and move fast in changing markets.

That mix of law-firm precision and corporate pace shaped how Virasha approaches her work today. At Radiant, she thrives in an environment that values growth, innovation, and collaboration across borders. She loves being part of a team that brings fresh energy to legal work and focuses on making processes smoother for both clients and lawyers.

Outside of work, Virasha teaches Kathak, a classical Indian dance form, and believes creativity and discipline go hand in hand. She is also a foodie who never says no to a good road trip.
