Virasha holds an LLB from the University of KwaZulu-Natal. She completed her articles at a boutique law firm in Cape Town and was admitted as an attorney in 2022 before moving into a legal role with a global FMCG business.

Working both in private practice and in-house gave Virasha a valuable perspective on legal work from both sides of the table. She developed a strong understanding of how businesses assess risk, make decisions, and keep things moving in fast-paced commercial environments. Today, she brings that commercial awareness, together with a disciplined approach to managing competing priorities, to her work at Radiant.

At Radiant, Virasha enjoys supporting clients across different industries and jurisdictions while continuing to grow her skills in commercial contracting. She was drawn to the firm's focus on continuous improvement and its belief that legal services can be delivered in smarter, more efficient ways.

Outside of work, Virasha teaches Kathak, a classical Indian dance form, and believes creativity and discipline go hand in hand. She is also a foodie who never says no to a good road trip.
