Matthew holds a BA (Law) and an LLB from the University of Pretoria. He began his career at Weavind & Weavind Attorneys Inc, where he completed his articles and built a strong foundation in corporate and governance work. He then joined Simelane Attorneys, a boutique firm, where he advised corporate clients on contracts, compliance, and risk management. He also served as outsourced in-house counsel for a listed consumer technology company, helping simplify complex legal issues into clear, practical outcomes.

Over time, Matthew discovered his real passion lies in commercial contracting and finding smarter ways to do things. That drive brought him to Radiant, where he works with international clients to streamline contracting, build better relationships, and deliver faster, more focused results.

What I love about Radiant is that we challenge the old way of doing things. We simplify what others complicate, we collaborate, and we keep improving every day. It’s exciting to be part of a team that’s reshaping how legal work gets done.
