Bela studied Economic Informatics and holds a master's degree in Management. Before joining Radiant, he built his career in the advertising industry, eventually founding and running his own agency before selling the business to begin a new chapter with Radiant.

Running his own business gave Bela a practical understanding of systems, technology, and solving problems under pressure. Combined with his background in programming and management, it shaped a mindset of continuous improvement that now underpins his work at Radiant.

At Radiant, Bela enjoys tackling complex challenges, learning new technologies, and finding smarter ways to improve how legal services are delivered. He thrives in an environment where change is constant and believes the best solutions come from combining technology with practical thinking.

At Radiant, the only constant is change. That's what keeps me here, helps me thrive, and ultimately makes Radiant better than the rest.

Outside of work, Bela enjoys hiking, taekwondo, and carpentry. He also hopes to one day help people in an organised and sustainable way.
