Lavonne holds a Bachelor of Commerce, specialising in Law and Human Resource Management, and an LLB from the University of the Witwatersrand.

Before joining Radiant, Lavonne completed her articles at a boutique law firm in Johannesburg before working with a US law firm specialising in substance abuse and behavioural health law. Working across both South African and US legal environments strengthened her legal drafting, research, and case management skills while giving her experience of supporting clients in different legal and commercial contexts.That experience shaped Lavonne's organised and detail-oriented approach to legal work. She enjoys producing clear, practical documents, managing competing priorities, and helping matters progress efficiently without compromising on quality.

At Radiant, Lavonne applies those skills to commercial contracting, supporting clients with thoughtful drafting, clear communication, and a practical approach to solving legal challenges.
