Leandri holds a BA Law and LLM from the University of the Witwatersrand. She began her career in litigation but quickly realised she was more interested in how businesses actually work than in courtroom battles.

She moved into the tech space, at Tech Law Consultancies, working with start-ups and other businesses on commercial contracts, website policies, terms of use, etc. From there, Leandri stepped into an in-house Legal Counsel role at a tech company, where she assisted business departments with commercial contracts, helped to build a compliance function and worked closely with business teams to balance regulatory compliance with practical, effective contracting.

At Radiant, Leandri enjoys bringing structure to complex problems and helping clients streamline their contracting in ways that make sense commercially. She thrives in an environment that values continuous improvement, creativity, and problem solving.

Outside of work, Leandri loves hiking and camping, and feels most at home in the mountains or by the coast.
