Leandri holds a BA Law and LLM from the University of the Witwatersrand. She began her career in litigation but quickly realised she was more interested in how businesses work, solve problems, and use legal support in practice.

She moved into the tech space, working with tech law consultancies, start-ups, and growing businesses on commercial contracts, website policies, terms of use, and legal research. She later stepped into an in-house Legal Counsel role at a tech company, where she supported business teams with contract reviews, legal advice, compliance processes, and practical ways to balance regulatory requirements with commercial needs.

That mix of tech, start-up, and in-house experience shaped Leandri’s practical approach to legal work. At Radiant, she helps clients bring structure to complex contracting challenges, streamline processes, and find solutions that make sense commercially.

Radiant’s focus on continuous improvement allows for creativity and problem solving beyond legal work. It also creates space to better understand the commercial side of each client, which is key to supporting them well.

Outside of work, Leandri loves hiking and camping, and feels most at home in the mountains or by the coast.
