Chris is our CTO, responsible for the technology that powers Radiant, including software engineering and information security. He’s passionate about building products that genuinely work for the people who use them and about creating technology that supports great client experiences.

Before joining Radiant, Chris co-founded a UK-based product strategy and UX consultancy, working mainly on B2B solutions for the financial sector. He also served as Chief Product Officer at a mobility scale-up, where he built and led the B2C product team and launched a public transport app used by commuters in emerging market cities. Over the years, he’s worked across tech, fintech, finance, and transport, always at the intersection of product, people, and scale.

At Radiant, Chris enjoys shaping strategy, growing teams, and helping the organisation mature without losing its soul. As a product leader, he loves exploring new ideas, evolving products, and building delivery teams that collaborate well and move fast. At the heart of it all is a simple belief: build a company that cares, bring great people together, and give them the space and direction to do their best work.
