Hailey holds an LLB from Varsity College. She started her legal career at a commercial litigation and corporate law firm, completing her articles and later becoming an Associate Designate while waiting for her admission as an attorney.

Her work gave her exposure to a wide range of matters, from litigation and insurance law to negotiations and legal drafting. Hailey led insurance cases against the Ombudsman and headed her firm’s community service department, experiences that built her confidence and refined her ability to find calm, clear solutions in complex situations.

At Radiant, Hailey brings that same balance of focus and creativity. She loves being part of a team that challenges the traditional way of practising law and uses innovation to make things simpler and faster for clients.
