Cristian holds an MSc in Environmental Sciences and began his career in biochemistry research, where attention to detail was everything. He also co-authored research papers, building a strong foundation in careful analysis, structure, and problem solving.

At Radiant, Cristian works on document and workflow automation, helping make legal work faster, smoother, and easier to manage. He enjoys the constant learning that comes with the role and was drawn to Radiant by Alex’s vision for doing legal work differently.

Outside of work, Cristian has a deep interest in astronomy, which feels fitting for someone who enjoys detail, systems, and looking at the bigger picture.
