Denzil is an attorney admitted in Trinidad and Tobago and Guyana, with a career built around fixing complex contracts and making them work better. He holds an LLB, an MSc in Cybersecurity Law, and is currently a PhD candidate researching cybersecurity, AI, and data protection governance.

Before Radiant, Denzil worked across consulting, energy, and finance, leading high-value technology contracting and procurement programmes and supporting major M&A and divestiture initiatives. He’s most at home where law, technology, and risk collide, bringing structure, clarity, and better systems to fast-moving commercial environments.

At Radiant, Denzil loves that contracting is treated as something to improve, not just deliver. He thrives on clear drafting, smarter processes, and using data and technology to make contracts simpler, stronger, and repeatable.

Outside of work, Denzil is a proud tech nerd with a deep interest in AI and digital governance. He enjoys travelling, cooking spicy food, building playlists, and planning his next adventure with his wife.
