Tebello completed her LLB at the University of Johannesburg, and went on to take her articles and get admitted as an attorney in 2019.

Tebello gained a broad base of legal experience during two years with a boutique practice, and was also able to take on a short-term in-house client contract review project where she was responsible for the drafting and review of commercial agreements across procurement for state entities.

Since joining Radiant, Tebello has been supporting some of our high-volume financial institution clients. She is particularly interested in applying continuous improvement to contracting processes; in her words, if Plan A doesn’t improve things then keep trying, there are 25 other letters of the alphabet to go through!

Radiant is the perfect embodiment of the phrase "out with the old and in with the new". The use of cutting-edge technology to bridge the gap between modern-day contracting and solving clients' needs is what drew me to want to become part of a team that is constantly trying to find simpler, better and smarter ways of working and making the law accessible to all.
