Aalia holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Law (Summa Cum Laude) and a Bachelor of Laws (Cum Laude) from the University of the Western Cape.

She built her career in the corporate commercial departments of leading South African law firms, including ENS, Africa’s largest firm. Working with local and international clients across industries gave her a front-row seat to how complex contracting can become and how much better it can be.

Aalia is driven by curiosity and a belief that law should be simpler and smarter. At Radiant, she enjoys being part of a team that uses technology, collaboration, and creative thinking to transform how legal work gets done.
