Jarryd is a graduate of UNISA, and was admitted in 2017 after completing his articles at a boutique commercial law firm in Cape Town.

With significant experience in drafting and negotiating complex commercial transactions, Jarryd supports Radiant’s professional services and financial services clients with their high-volume contracting needs. He focuses on delivering both efficient solutions and straightforward advice to help clients build high-performance processes and strong commercial relationships.

Radiant’s values of simplification and “moving first” really align with my own outlook. I think it is human nature to get comfortable in routines and tradition, but every now and again an industry player comes along and shakes up the system by introducing a fresh perspective. It takes creativity and courage to work smarter rather than harder.
