Jarryd is a graduate of UNISA, and was admitted in 2017 after completing his articles at a boutique commercial law firm in Cape Town.

With significant experience in drafting and negotiating complex commercial transactions, Jarryd supports Radiant’s professional services and financial services clients with their high-volume contracting needs. He has a particular focus on procurement agreements across the defence, justice and immigration, finance, transport, health and public services sectors, and aims to deliver both efficient solutions and straightforward advice to help clients build high-performance processes and strong commercial relationships. Jarryd is also a champion of both continuous improvement and legal tech innovation for enhanced efficiency at Radiant.

Radiant’s values of simplification and “moving first” really align with my own outlook. I think it is human nature to get comfortable in routines and tradition, but every now and again an industry player comes along and shakes up the system by introducing a fresh perspective. It takes creativity and courage to work smarter rather than harder.
