To find new ways of applying continually developing legal principles to the changing ways companies do business is very exciting and inspiring.

Marius is a Stellenbosch University BA-LLB graduate, with a Postgraduate Certificate in Information Technology and Telecommunications Law (Intellectual Property) from the University of Southampton. He is also an Associate Member of the South African Institute of Intellectual Property Law.

Prior to joining Radiant Law, Marius gained significant professional experience in both local and international matters, including negotiated settlements, portfolio reviews, and the drafting and reviewing of commercial agreements.

Marius believes that working on commercial contracts puts him at the forefront of the latest trends and developments in lawtech and ways of doing business. He joined Radiant Law in 2017 and is now based in Canada, supporting our North American timezone clients by leading managed legal services teams across the whole contracting lifecycle, including delivering process efficiencies as part of our continuous improvement programme.
