We jotted down some principles that we apply at Radiant Law and are sharing as they may be helpful to others. Some controversial ones in there! A further thought: why is knowledge management not just about managing the huge flow of shared knowledge in an organisation? The reality is that we hoard and trade knowledge, and changing this is hard.
