What you'll do:
· Keep the pipeline moving: manage and maintain our sales pipeline in HubSpot, track opportunities through each stage, and make sure next steps, owners and timelines are clear.
· Qualify new opportunities: research prospective clients, assess inbound enquiries against our qualification criteria, and help the team prioritise the opportunities worth pursuing.
· Join first calls with prospective and existing clients led by the CRO or Relevant Practice lead and make sure next steps are recorded and executed.
· Coordinate proposals: work with the sales team, Practice Leads and other colleagues to pull together clear, compelling proposals, pitch materials and responses to client requests.
· Drive follow-up: make sure leads, meetings and proposals don't go cold, coordinating timely follow-ups and keeping opportunities progressing.
· Run the sales rhythm: help organise regular pipeline reviews, track actions and commitments, and keep the team focused on the right priorities.
· Keep the CRM (HubSpot) in good order. Record your meetings and notes, keep Contacts and Accounts up to date. Work with Marketing to ensure lead scoring is fit for purpose and perfect messaging scripts. Keep key properties up to date and record if an account is at risk or presents an opportunity.
