MANAGED LEGAL SERVICES TRIAL OFFER
Our managed legal services pilot allows you to make a short-term commitment in a low-risk environment. You’ll be able to trial how the system works over a three-month period and on a fixed number of agreements before deciding to roll it out more widely. Throughout the pilot we will be supporting agreements, helping get them off your team’s desks and at the same time fine-tuning your contracting processes so that they work brilliantly within your environment. At the end of the pilot, you will have:
• a defined process with your legal team and business teams,
• a clear and effective intake form, to control how you receive instructions and the quality of what you receive,
• playbooks, to capture knowledge and positions and ensure consistency,
• document automation where appropriate,
• a contracting process map, and
• data and metrics on your work and your internal clients.
A pilot also gives you a chance to familiarise your legal and business teams with a new way of working, and to evaluate our process improvements and turnaround speed.
PILOT COST AND SCOPE
£10,000 ex VAT each month for 3 months. We will optimise, review and negotiate to close a fixed number of agreements per month regardless of whose paper:
Procurement: up to 10 agreements per month
Sales Agreements: up to 10 agreements per month
NDA: up to 20 agreements a month
At the end of the pilot, you’ll receive a suite of optimised assets and a report outlining key learnings and priorities to help guide your next steps. You can then decide whether the support is adding value and whether you’d like to commit to a longer-term service.
In most cases, we can be up and running within a month, if not faster. This means you could complete your pilot by July 2025 and be ready to kick off the second half of the year with a fresh approach and increased capacity for your team.
